India is over the 90,000 mark of Coronavirus cases, After the three lockdowns the centre decided to impose the nationwide lockdown by two more weeks i.e. till May 31. However, the Ministry of Home Affairs has issued new guidelines for the fourth phase of the lockdown. These reflect significant relaxations in some areas.

All public gatherings are prohibited, schools, malls, restaurants were remains closed for public use. and air-transport and metros remain suspended till further orders. However, MHA allowed sports complexes to open without spectators.
The new guidelines will surely allow inter-state passenger vehicles and buses with the mutual consent and agreement of both the states as labourer reach their homes safely. Obviously, some restrictions will be carried out and is prohibited in the contaminated areas.

Intra-state movement of busses and vehicles & passengers will be totally state’s decision. We are looking forward for the availability of public transport & an immediate aid for the migrant labourers on the road.
The states and Union Territories will decide the Red, Green and orange zones as per the number of positive cases of Coronavirus patient. In fact, district authorities will be powered to decide the ‘contaminated’ and ‘buffer’ areas within zones as per the guidelines.
It is advised to each and every state that they will follow a night curfew between 7 pm and 7 am, except there is an emergency. Movement of senior citizens, pregnant women and children below 10 is prohibited.
Offices also are able to function only if they come under the contaminated zone by following the advised guideline and it is compulsory for everyone and employees to download the Aargoya Setu App.
By this date, 90,927 positive cases of COVID-19 have been registered and 2,872 people are already dead because of the virus.
